Andy joined YMCA Essex as our Chief Executive in February 2015 and helped drive the merger between Chelmsford and Colchester the following year. Andy says he was drawn to working here having been so well served by the YMCA when he was younger and I wanting to give something back.

Ben has worked for us for a number of years, starting as a Youth Worker, then Youth Manager until his promotion to Head of Childcare and Youth Services back in 2020.
